I switched all of my accounts to Cornerstone about five years ago and have never regretted it. The staff are friendly and I always get to talk to a person when I call. I highly recommend CFCU!
2nd time I apply for a loan and don't get a call even though the website tells you that they'll call within 4 hours. When I called back the 1st time the woman was rude did not want to explain why I was denied and just gave me a quick answer to get me off the phone. this is the 1st credit union im with I thought it was suppose to be exceptional customer service????? ill be closing my saving acct with them and going else where...
Always greeted, love the customer service. Whenever I have questions if they don't know the answer they will go and find out.
My wife and I decided a credit union would benefit our personal and business finances more so than our current TN bank so I called Cornerstone Financial on Monday morning around 10am and had to leave a message for the person in charge of setting up new business accounts. It's Wednesday and I've not heard from anyone. The reason I wanted to switch to a credit union was supposedly the customer service is leaps and bounds above traditional banking institutions but three days no return call to a potential new client sure doesn't give a good impression.
This credit union has poor customer service. They approve loans based on whether or not they "think" you will pay back. They don't use factual data. They spend time looking for ways to deny you and send you on a "wild goose chase" to prove yourself. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
