Best chicken soup ever. Always check your to go orders before driving off. Staff is always very friendly but order accuracy leaves something to be desired.
My wife just arrived home and discovered that she only received 2 of the 3 quarts of soup that she ordered to feed our family and guests.
When she called to have the situation fixed the manager, Hannah, on duty said we could drive back and pick it up or the next time she comes in offer a refund. Although they offer delivery, that was never offered. I called back from another phone and asked if they offer delivery to which I was told yes. I told her who I was and explained that we wanted our soup delivered, she said there is only 1 delivery person and 1 manager on duty. Not sure how this is our problem, but customer service absolutely sucks!
We go to Panera Bread A LOT. We are very basic white people and we like our Panera Bread. However, EVERYTIME we go to this location there’s always something wrong. We also received the worst kind of sarcastic attitude from a younger employee. I don’t know what you guys are doing over there but seriously, get it together.
We arrived on a quiet Sunday afternoon (around 4pm). The kids sandwich was awful! They served the heal of the bread and it was VERY hard. Not something I would want a toddler to try to eat. We had to throw 1/2 of it out. My wife's sandwich was covered in onions and loads of sauce with hardly any meat. The cheese wasn't even close to being melted. Very expensive waste of time. And THAT is just the food.... the restaurant was disgusting!!! There was whole pieces of bread and crackers on the floor; not just in one area, it was all over! The carpet looked as if it hadn't been swept, mopped nor vacuumed in quite some time. The trash area was covered in soup & soda residue and desperately needed wiped down. The restrooms..... just ewe. This location in Hendersonville is the absolute worst Panera experience in the State of Tennessee! Save your money and go next door to Texas Roadhouse.
Drive thru went very quickly considering how long the line was. Daughter wanted a salad but they don't have ranch dressing, what restaurant doesn't have ranch?? Had to take her somewhere else and go thru another drive thru . I love Panera food overall though!
