This bank has a ridiculous policy to charge $7 for checks drawn from their bank if you wish to cash them and you are not an account holder. This type of policy is the reason why I will not bank with them.
Short staffed, even more so since the closing is the only other branch in the area. Hendersonville is growing while SunTrust is downsizing. Manager lacked knowledge about external transfer options; I knew more about my options walking in than he did. Very disappointed.
Not enough employee during busy times
