Not even worth a star. My wife and I planned to take my son here for his 13th birthday. We looked over the website thoroughly and looked at pricing and what time the skating vs body bubble was. We know the 35 for unlimited activities was a little high, but we thought it would be worth it for all they had to offer. We looked at the packages, and looked at the calendar. We left the house, and took 1 hr and 45 min to get there due to 40 min delay in traffic issues. Once we arrive, kids pumped, we walked in and they told us a company had bought the night until 9pm. I asked him why they didn't put that on their website, and his response was "im sure they did. I assured him they did not, and he said sorry, nothing i could do. In an effort to save something of the birthday night, we headed to their Gallatin location, knowing it only had Laser tag and arcade. The laser tag was honestly great, but half the arcade didn't work. Extremely disappointed in the company. Family entertainment centers are too rare for you to not have better customer service. To top all this off, we emailed the company within an hour of leaving, and 3 days later, we still have not had a single response. I guess they just want the easy money since there is no real competition for them.
I loved playing the games, riding the rides, and bowling. Plus the employees was very nice and friendly. One of the games I wanted to play was out of order but besides that it was cool. I look forward to going there again.
Very good atmosphere especially for a family night out. The location is off the beaten path,so you almost have to hear about it to know it's there.My office has had a few get togethers there and always have a great time. I LOVE to hear those balls striking the pins.i grew up at a bowling alley so I feel right at home.
Very disappointed. Wife and I go here every few weeks. Went to refill my card and the kiosk no longer takes credit cards. Had to refill at the counter where the attendant said they can't give the bonus tokens there, that can only be done at the kiosk...that doesn't take credit cards. Instead of buying the normal $50 card refill we just went with the $20 since we weren't getting the bonus tokens. Glad we just spent $20. The new Space Invaders game is ridiculously loud and we couldn't hear ourselves think as we played the games around it. Fix the kiosk, turn down the volume, and maybe we can enjoy ourselves there again.
I went there today for a birthday party , which my friends had paid for an hour of bowling. I showed up 20 minutes late & had to get my two children some shoes to bowl in. The guy who was clearly on drugs charged me $22.50. After trying to explain to them how they charged me wrong , after an HOUR I finally got my money back. The owner was not friendly at all. I was trying to be polite about it but they sure did take their precious time. I WILL not be going there anymore .
