Auto Wise is, hands down, the best place to purchase a car! Trent Earlie was very helpful and the very best salesman I have ever worked with. Ask for him when you are there....he will surprise you with amazing service....like he did my wife and I. I was visiting my wife from the DC area. He was flexible and worked with me to get my truck traded in and purchase my dream car....A Ford Shelby GT 500. He found great financing. I highly recommend using his financing options. By far the best rates out there. When I buy my next car, I will be sure to see Auto Wise first. Thanks Auto Wise!
i recently bought a 2002 Toyota 4 runner from autowise and had a very pleasant experience through the buying process. I have a big problem with the fact that I have not had the truck 3 months and have to put a $3000 transmission in it. Trent told me that he could "refer" me to someone to get it fixed that was the best he could do. That's just not the way to do business. A little help would be what should be done. Needless to say I would warn everyone to not buy cars there because they're not inspected at all not even thoroughly cleaned. granted I did buy a car with a 160,000 miles on it but it was still $9000 and it should've been cleaned at least. Trent if you read this......this really sucks!!!!
To clarify, I logged the review by "Ashley". My sister had used my computer and hadn't signed out. I stand behind my previous statements from 7/31/09 and would advise others to look elsewhere rather than buy from Autowise. One example of the bad service was that I had a problem with a tire on the car I purchased and Marty accused me of hitting something. I'd had the car one day and had maybe put 20 miles on it. Have dealt with many others who actually stand behind their word/product. Plenty of others who would appreciate your business.
This was the worst car buying experience I have ever had!!! Trent & Marty are hands down the most undependable car dealers I have ever dealt with. Out of 6-7 car buying experiences in my life, they have been the most troublesome to deal with. I know their moto is "everyone drives a used car" but you are better off paying the extra money for a new one and taking the depreciation hit.
My husband and I bought an Altima from Autowise this week - our second car purchase from Trent and Marty. We couldn't imagine going to any other car lot after the experiences we've had there! I have recommended Autowise to friends, family and even complete strangers - and now, to whomever reads this review on google! We will go back again, and you should go check out the Autowise experience!
