Also got the $9 wash. Complete waste of money. Afterwards my car didn't even look like it had been cleaned. I might as well just waited for it to rain and it would have gotten just as clean. This used to be the best automatic wash in the area but now I won't be going back. Very disappointed.
The car wash stopped twice while I was going through the first set of spinning brushes. I'm not sure what happened. The attendant did something to the vehicle behind me. With a loud clunk, we were off and running again. You can see two distinct sets of scratches and dents down the side of my car! Through the paint; down to the primer! It also broke one of the clips that holds the rear bumper on the car!
I went to take my SUV today and the whole back side was not even cleaned, it showed where brush barely went over back end.
My mirrors were bent completely backwards and I paid for the 15.00 wash!!
It was fine. My car was really dirty and I wanted to use the soft brush automatic wash but it was closed. Only the touch free automatic wash was open. Free vacuums if you buy an automatic wash.
If you value your car, don't go here!
I just got out and looked at my car. Not only did it do a terrible job, it destroyed the paint on both sides of my car!
Wash works good with free vacuuming. Self serve part takes atm.
I would like my money back!!!
