Friendly helpful staff. The store always looks tidy.
- I've heard bad comments about this place of how they don't greet, help, or being nice to customers. I feel like it got better, a lady named Carley is super nice, talkative, and helpful!
We had the worst experience possible today at this location. We lost our gift card in the trash and went to Victoria's Secret to void it and get a new one. Debbie told us to come back in an hour to do it (huge inconvienence) and said, "well I don't even know who you are" insinuating that we were trying to scam her out of a gift card even though we had a bank statement, receipt, card used, and everything. So after leaving the store I called customer service and they took care of everything and sent me a new card. I called back Debbie to inform her that it was taken care of, and someone else named Colleen told us that it wasn't possible to get a new gift card and acted like we were lying and told me to call her back with a case number and name of representative to prove to her that I got a new gift card. I called back customer service and told them about the awful experience and asked them to better educated Debbie and Colleen and the proper procedures. It is a shame that their ignorance is causing the store to lose customers and give Victoria's Secret a bad name. This took up my whole day trying to sort out because of the lack of training on these girls. Customer Relations, however, was very helpful and nice. If only Debbie and Colleen could have been the same, but they weren't. They were rude, nasty, and unprofessional. I will not recommend this location to anyone.
I enjoy this location of Victoria's Secret a lot. They aren't quite as busy as other locations so the staff has more time to spend with you to make sure you have everything you need. They are very informative of sales & fittings. They never disappoint me.
this store is staffed by the most rude and unhelpful girls i have almost ever had the displeasure of encountering in a retail store. maybe it was just the particular shift, as i have not been back since, but they did not help me whatsoever and then acted like i was a bother when i made my purchase.
