Overall Sam's Club is a good value in my opinion. But, you do have to be careful with what you buy. Just because something is in a larger container than you might find at another store, doesn't mean it's a better value. However, on the vast majority of the items at Sam's Club, I do feel that even when you factor is the yearly membership fee, the value for the money is good. This seems to be especially true for many of produce items my family buys. Plus, the price on many of their bakery goods is hard to beat.
I have always loved Sams Club, but now I really dislike the new store layout; I can't find stuff because they've moved products and gondolas! AND, I don't like this new policy of letting just anyone in to roam around. They don't check membership cards at the door, and I don't feel as safe and secure as I did before, knowing that only paid members were there.
I 'm always at the Hendersonville Sam's location. The sales personnel are always helpful and knowledgeable of their areas. I appreciate the early morning hours, I can get in and out in good time. This Sam's Club is a really good Sam's Club compared to other Sam's Club's. First, they they have good Customer Service compared to Walmart and they are the only people who have my dog's food. - Dylan
