Expensive but we'll worth it. My last lazboy couch lasted 15 years. Just bought a new one and am hoping for 15 more. Salesman was great and they have free interior design people in house to help you design the perfect room.
We were told we could either take the back piece to Antioch to be sewn up (we live in Gallatin) or pay over $250 for an all new back piece.
I purchased a very expensive sofa. once it was finally delivered within 1 week the recline mechanism broke. I made several phone calls to the service department. I spoke with the supervisor after leaving a complaint with the store mananger. He basically told me I bought it and nothing I could do about it except send out a repairman. he came out and repaired the recliner and one of the back which had al\ready started to flatten. This was done in mid march. It is nearly august and both of the recliners on the couch area broken, this stitching is coming loose and the backs or flattened. I will call service again but for the $$$ This is the poorest constructed couch and most uncomfortable I have ever owned. I should not have to call service every few months. I have been treated poorly and given little to no options for the discomfort. my couch is the the top of the line elegance collection
Salesman was very nice and not pushy at all.
I have purchased Lazy Boy on more than one occasion...It holds up well and prices are pretty good considering what you get...
Lazy Z Boy sadly is not what it used to be. I loved LazyBoy. I called them because I gave my couch to my son. I literally had no furniture other than a coffee table, a chair and an end table. I wanted to purchase a leather couch but selection limited to what I could see. (one couch)). Even then, I met with the store manager and set an appt with the in home consultant. I waited for the consultant a week to come to the house. Then another week for her to "meet with me." Today, she was no a show but her poor assistant was left with the task of representing the manager and consultation being unprepared and her having little info. Both literally did nothing. I left with a recommendation of a rug and the price was not known when I arrived. No one called me to tell me the consultant wouldn't be there and the poor assistant didn't know much. So disappointed. However, to any of those looking for actual help and good quality, I did find Betty at Thomasville in Cool Springs. She helped me place my furniture within an hour....Not two and a half weeks. The quality was much better. MUCH. I was able to see the actual product as well. And better yet, the price was 1,000 cheaper than Lazy Boy. I am one of those people who stay with what they like. I thought it was Lazy Boy and tried hard. I wanted to buy LaxyBoy very much. Due to lack of care and lack of product, not anymore. My advice: don't waste your time. I bought a leather couch and chair from Thomasville in Cool Springs. I may have to wait six weeks, but it was better quality, better selection, and better price. Beware. Addition: I received a a card IN THE MAIL from the Hendersonville Lazyboy from the manager. She pretended she did not KNOW the consultant was not there, despite the assistant telling me she and the consultant were at the Cool Springs location together. I went to literally every store in Nashville, SPRINZ, American, Ashley, you name it. Best bang for buck: Thomasville. Oh FYI, I called Betty, the consultant today because my chair on FB is backordered. Guess what? No post card. A phone call. Same day. Oh, and did I mention priced 40% not 20 off like FB? Yep, I am promoting Thomasville. Why? I am happy. That is a big thing in my small world. Addition: Received a voice mail from Sherry. She didn't appreciate... Seriously? Bad service, bad product, and she didn't appreciate.
The couch we bought is only 1.5 years old. There is a large tear right along the seam of the fabric, as you can see in the picture. This is in the middle cushion, where we never sit. It wasn't caused by anything in particular, the stitching just didn't hold.
IF YOU LIVE IN NASHVILLE TN: AVOID SHERRY AND HER CONSULTANT!
