We had a frame job that needed to be done to fix an issue in my basement. The crew showed up on time, and did a solid job. Price was competitive. All around excellent work. I would recommend them, and will consider them again in the future should the need arise.
We bought a new construction home from Suttle Construction in 2011 and recently put the home up for sale only to find that the buyers home inspection discovered structural issues. When I brought it to the attention of the owner of Suttle Construction and asked that he stand behind his work - he explained that my home warranty expired after 1 year and offered the name of supply stores where I could buy materials needed for the repairs. Clearly if it did not pass a home inspection in 2017, it never should have passed a home inspection in 2011 - especially when you are talking about structural issues. I am perusing the issue through other channels but wanted to share my experience so that others who may have bought a home from them could look into possible issues they may be unaware of OR if someone is considering buying a home from them - I would recommend going in another direction. Our experience has not been pleasant.
Patrick finished our home within the completion date (sooner than expected actually) and everything went smoothly. He is great to work with as he is very professional, reliable, kind and was patient with us as we made choices. Patrick made the building process much easier than we had expected it to be. He has a great work ethic and I can now see why he was referred to us by several people. We could not have asked for more from him or a better finished product!!!!!
