I hired Andy Allman in 2014 and gave him a retainer of $4500.00. He told me that I would get that back after my EEOC hearing and that didn't happen. I explained that I would need the funds back because I had been wrongful termined from my job. He didn't return phone calls or emails. You just don't lie to people that trust you with $4500.00. I just don't understand how someone could do this and still convince you that your case is a good case.
If I could give him less than 1 star, I would. Andy is a liar and a thief. He has been suspended from practicing law and is facing criminal proceedings for stealing from his clients. Over 200 people were taken advantage of and will not likely be able to recover from what he has done. The man should be in jail. Hopefully he will be.
I am one of the victims. Liar, thief and horrible, unprofessional representation. He lost a case for me that should have been won hands down. And he walked away with my money. I hope he goes behind bars for a long time and never practices law again! Zero stars!!
I retained Andy Allman in 2013. For 3-1/2 years he made no effort to council or provide periodic updates - he rarely returned calls - bullshited his way through everything! He lied, deceived, misrepresented, connived, defrauded!!!! He claimed there were scheduled court dates... Claimed to be in litigation... but then, guess what? He NEVER even filed the lawsuit! And now it's too late! WHAT KIND OF PERSON CAN DO THAT TO OTHERS?????
