Food tasted good. However, the young workers can't keep up and had gotten 5 orders all mixed up and some people were upset cause they couldn't fix their order right on 2nd time! There was a young man doing his best to produce the meat on sandwiches quickly but the 2 young girls seemed helpless and didn't know the hell they were doing. When I was inside, in the line, I noticed several people seated down and were waiting for food. I did my best to keep my patience but damn! They really need workers who know how to work instead of bs around . I will not come here anymore.

...if their service wasn't absolutely reprehensible, I would give 5 stars. This assertion is after years of eating at the Hendersonville location. I personally don't understand the attitudes. You definitely are not better than me, and the sandwiches are definitely not the best in the country, although good. It will be difficult to continue spending money here when the staff is as rude as they are. Your employees can at least tell a customer "you're welcome," when thanked, even after terrible service.
Rude, employees, acted as if couldn't be bothered to serve us, didn't even try to wrap up our subs neatly threw my daughter's her sub. Won't be back to this location. Donaldson location 100% better.
