Also, do I really need 21 minutes of previews before a 2.5 hour movie? Just saying...
Such potential, but a failure in the end. Our seats were in the J row. If you are shorter than 5'7", you are likely going to have part of the screen blocked by an obnoxious, unnecessarily large wall. I'm 5'10" and If I reclined at all, the bottom few inches of the screen were obstructed. It looked like these great wall of China replicas were in every row from maybe I or J back.
Excellent theater! The new recliners are an excellent addition. The staff have always been extremely helpful and the theater is always clean. The only 2 negatives are price and sometimes you hear the surround sound of adjacent cinemas.
We went to watch a movie, and was informed of the new fancy seats so it would have to be assigned seats which is the most ridiculous thing (see others reviews saying the same!) as well as online it showed a 1:50 AND 2:00 but was told the 2:00 was a private showing which was fine but i just tried informing the guy that people who try to view times are seeing bad info. He was rude and did NOT want to listen to my concerns. I told him i will NOT be back to that theater EVER! My money will be spent where people give a rip.
The best! I love the atmosphere here and the people are nice. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else to see new movie releases
I do not like that you have to reserve your seats. I do not like that you cannot call customer service and ask them questions about the reserve seats. I do not like if you show up 40 minutes early there is nowhere for you to sit and wait. You have to wait out in the lobby which there is only one bench so if three people are sitting on it you have to stand. They really don't care the concessions are overpriced I only did this for the experience with my son. This theater is the exact reason why they are losing money and people stay home to watch movies. I would like to say on a positive note, the employee taking the tickets was very respectful and professional.
