Great playground, thanks T Swift. Walked some of the trails they were either new or well maintained which was nice lots of open space for activities and the tennis courts are lovely.

We visited Memorial Park many times for that past year. It is a pleasant and secure open space with untamed flora and wildlife. There is a children's play area, fowl feed dispensers, a dog run and a short walking path along the Lake. We usually cross a short pedestrian bridge to start our walks. We may see several varieties of birds and waterfowl along the path: blue birds, cardinals, robins, hawks, ducks and blue herons.
This is a great place to come and relax. You can feed the ducks, walk, jog/run, or bike. There is a 1 mi trail that is along the water and paved. There is public restrooms open during the day, a playground, and tennis courts. Early morning there is a lot of wildlife to enjoy along the trail.
This is one of and nearly the best and most beautiful parks in Sumner county all in one spot you can let the kids play on the playground and play with them fish feed the Ducks and enjoy the beautiful Park scenery right off of Old Hickory Lake it is a nice place to take your family and enjoy the day
