The employees are so knowledgeable and friendly! Even just getting crickets for a chameleon leaves me happy, as I always have a conversation with the employees, whether they're complimenting me on my animals, or just asking questions. I never leave unhappy!
I always have an excellent experience here. Yesterday (11/4), I believe it was the owner who was greeting each customer who walked in. He had a great personality and made you want to spend your money there. He assisted me once I made my purchase and carried my dog food out to my car. He informed me that they are locally owned so I will definitely use them for all my purchases now. Thank you!
I really like shopping for my pets here. The prices are resonable. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I love the dirty dog wash I can purchase. They provide everything you need. The last time one of their staff helped me wash my very unruly lab who hates water! They really do go above and beyond.

Good selection of pet products and friendly staff. They don't have the harder to find or specialty products so much, but neither do any of the chain stores. They do have a really nice selfserve pet washing service which is awesome. That's something you don't find anywhere else around here.
