Wall and ceiling noise from neighbors seems to be low.
Grounds are nice, and everything seems "clean."
They are really friendly to get you into a lease, but once you are a resident and locked into a lease the staff are dismissive and can even be rude. Half the gym equipment is not in working order and there are constant issues with the laundry facility. They charge you a monthly fee of $4.99 a month for "pest control", but do not spray around your unit unless you specifically call and ask them to (walk around ANY unit and you will see spider webs, etc. on EVERY breeze way and staircase) and every year when you renew your lease just know that your rent will be increased. Also, water bills here are extremely high (in my opinion) for some reason. For only 2 occupants ours typically ran between $80-$100 every month!
Nice location. Decent quality apartment. Really nice, family friendly grounds. Enough parking spaces. Maintenance requests have been fully fixed within 24 hours. Office staff have always been polite. A lot of people are complaining about the fees but they are completely straightforward about it when you sign the lease. Overall, I lived in these apartments for over a year and really enjoyed it.

Don't let the looks on the outside here fool you! Looks really nice until you start looking at the inside of the apartments they are trash not very well taken care of! And the office staff is very rude! Like they don't care to have your bussiness and are very aggravated at the questions you ask I walked tot he rest room and when I was coming back I over heard the staff talking and making fun of the residents I would not recommend this place to anyone! Jessica the property manager should not have the role in the company that she has
I would never tell anyone to stay here I hated it since I moved here the staff is nice at first but after your there for awhile they become rude. Also I have yellow jackets in my apartment an I have a 2 yr old son I plan on filing a law suit because I have called an called them an nothings being handled they keep telling me they have located the problem but I see no results.
Maintenance has come same day when reported.
Lots of required fees that aren't included in rent: Water, trash, pest control, application fee, processing fee, account setup fee, etc.
ComCrap or satellite are the only internet/TV providers available, and speeds are slow.
The ants and I are at war. Not sure who is winning.

Plenty of parking.
