I had 17 new windows and 2 entry doors installed in 2015. I was very impressed with the quality of the windows, doors, installation, and customer service, so I contacted them again about 2 months ago to get estimates on the Xtreme gutter guards for my house, as well as new gutters and the gutter guards for my next-door neighbor. Ricky W. was prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly during the estimate process. I agreed to have the work done on both houses, and was placed on their schedule. I was told to expect to wait 4-6 weeks with their current work load. However, only 3 weeks after the estimate, I got a call asking to come the next day to start installing the gutter guards on my house! As expected, they were prompt and friendly, and I recognized some of the guys who had also done my window and door install (obviously a low turnover of their employees, which is nice). After finishing the gutter install, they even adjusted one of my entry doors free of charge. I will be calling them again for a new roof later on. I wholeheartedly recommend Sumner Roofing!
Summer roofing are great people. Ricky came out gave me a good quote. Once the shingles was delivered the install crew came out and went to work. We are very pleased with everything. Great people they covered everything on our deck covered the A/C unit to protect it from falling material.

I interviewed many top rated roofing companies in Hendersonville, TN to replace my 30+year old roof. There were many issues with the roof. The biggest problem was that the original roof was installed in a way that caused a fair amount of condensation in the living space during the summer. There is nothing worse than to wake-up because of water droplets falling on your face. Sumner Roofing had the clearest strategy on how to resolve that issue along with all the other ones so they were awarded the contract. The execution of the roof and gutter replacement was very professional. There was always a supervisor on site during the job. This was great for me because I always have a ton of questions. They were always courteous and answered all my questions. The roof job was large enough that it had to be done in phases. They completed one section at a time before starting the next one. No leaking during the job. It was essential to be done that way because it was during the recent hurricane events. When taking off the old roof, they utilized a motorized cart to ensure that our property would not be damaged and minimized the amount of litter to be picked-up later. The cart could be raised to the roofline, all the shingles and refuse pushed easily into the cart, and then driven to the trash container and off loaded. One last trick! Every night they “swept” the area with a magnetic broom. We didn’t need to worry about flat tires or stepping on nails. A big relief for the family. Lastly, they used copper flashing. I know it will last longer than other types of flashing. Many friends have already commented on the look and feel of the roof plus the use of copper. Great curb appeal.
