Was there for a party. Was nice for the littles but the bigger kids seem to get bored of the same inflatables. Wish they had more challenging ones.
One star gives this establishment more credit than they deserve. "Private party" is a joke. An adult NOT INVOLVED IN my party 8 to our room, fell on a child and hurt her. The workers didn't even seem to care. Took 4 TIME to spell my daughters name right...when ur 7 year old has to point out multiple times her name is wrong is sad. When I called to complain the lady I spoke to said "well they eventually spelled it right", like that was supposed to correct it. THIS PLACE A JOKE AND WASTE OF MONEY!
This establishment is beyond unprofessional. I went on their website to check the times for open play on Sun and it showed 1-7pm. I arrive at 2:30pm and the staff tells me open play doesn't start again until 5:15pm. I then said your website shows 1-7pm. The woman at the desk then stated, "If there is a last minute party booked it's closed until that party is over." I said well, how would a regular consumer know when a party is booked to decipher when the place was open to everyone. She said you can call I'm thinking are you kidding me? This is so unprofessional my 2 yr old cried all the way back to the car and I just took her to monkey joes instead these people suck!
Great place to take your kids to burn off their extra energy or to host kids parties. They offer decent food selections and hiod customer service.
Left disappointed. Website said they were open. Showed up, unloaded happy kids to be told they were booked for a private party. Walked away to load up crying kids kicking and screaming. A few suggestions: either change website to say “booked” or change to a better business model. A different business model would be great. Leave the inflatables open to all and book a room for the parties to eat etc...
