Helpful friendly staff owner is great

I've been in this place a few times and have given them the benefit of the doubt. The first trip I spent well over $100 bucks to find out my battery didn't work when I got home. I had a hard time getting them to swap it out because they didn't have any exactly like it and wouldn't offer a refund. The guy did let me have "in store credit". I've been in a few other times to buy juice and I normally am left feeling like I have interrupted what they were doing and/or they seemed annoyed. The folks at this place could definitely use some customer service tips from TN Vapor if they expect to last any longer than the other vape shops that have closed down in Hendersonville.
