We go here when our regular ped is closed. We love the nurses there and each dr we have seen has been so great. They, very clearly, love children and love what they do. They are quick to answer any questions and treat our three boys with love and care. They even referred us to our ped, whom we absolutely adore!
This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star!! We went to the after hours clinic in Hendersonville 2 nights ago because both of my daughters had a sore throat, stomachache and fever and they have been exposed to strep throat. After waiting 2 1/2 hours the nurse practitioner checked both of my daughters throats and said they were red and then told us they just had a cold and sent us home without doing a strep test like I had requested!! They also told us our 2 year olds tubes looked good. The next morning we took them straight to their pediatrician and they both ended up having strep throat!! Also one of my daughters tubes wasn’t even in her ear anymore!! I understand they were busy but that doesn’t mean they can’t do a thorough check on my children!! She was in and out of our room within less than 5 minutes!! So very disappointed with this clinic and will NEVER go back!!!!

My 3 year old little girl has an infected finger. They said the wait would be about and hour. After waiting about 30 minutes I told them that she was having some labored breathing. They said I should take her to an er. Never checked her breathing one time. It's been over an hour and I am still waiting on treatment. If I wouldn't have to go wait at another ER I would leave!
