Starting with a phone call & ending with a detail-filled face-to-face meeting with Conor, Allstate saved me over $1000 on home/auto insurance! Very knowledgeable.
Only reason they get one star is because you cannot get less then that. Do yourself a favor and really really steer clear of this agent in particular. I learned a very valuable (-$5000) lesson because they fail to call back and handle business as they should. When you depend on them the most they are all of the sudden MIA and it cost me dearly.
Superb is all i can say. Recently had a claim and was handed with the best customer service anyone could ask for. My car was being fixed within 5 days. Shane and Ellain are the best in the bussiness hands down. Im in the process of getting life insurance policy with them also so I know my family will be taken care of with the same great service when im gone. Thanks again and I would recommend this agent in particular to my family friends and even strangers. I have been with the other company's and they cant hold a candle to them. Thankfully Gene Street
