Ken is great to work with. He is just really nice and it's obvious he cares about his clients. He explains my insurance coverage to me and makes it easy to understand. He'll present options and make recommendations, but he never pressures me to buy anything, which is important and makes me confident that he has my best interests at heart. Ken recently helped me roll over some IRAs to State Farm's mutual funds and he was extremely helpful and made the process much easier than I expected it to be. I'm sure there are cheaper options out there, but the service, relationship and trust Ken and State Farm provide is worth the difference to me.
