Excellent cleaning at best price in area
This is the best dry cleaners I've ever been too. They are courteous, economical and always have my stuff ready ahead of time or earlier than I asked for. I recommend this Dry Cleaners to everyone!
I have been to this cleaners 3 times now (already spending over $200) as I was referred to this cleaners. However I'm appalled after my last experience and their lack of concern for their customers. I brought in 11 items-- I pair of men's dress pants, four skirts, two blazers, one dress, two men's shirts and one romper. When I got home I realized I was missing my romper. I called and spoke with the owner and after all her searching she went over the invoice with me. She didn't even list one of the men's shirts that I received back on the invoice and that is what she was using to say I didn't bring in the romper at all. At this point I realized I'm never seeing the item again and asked since it was lost if she could apply a credit towards my account for future cleanings in which I was met with a "no." Never in my life have I experienced such a lack of interest in retaining their customers. As fine as a job they may do, how this situation was handled there's no recovering from. I'm out a $50 piece of clothing. And I now have to find another cleaners close to home. Thank you DryClean USA for losing my clothes and then trying to blame it on me. The customer should never be made to feel wrong.
Owner is always kind and clothes always done on time. They will redo them if there are any problems.
