I am new to the Hendersonville area and stopped by this afternoon for the first time. Very friendly and professional service... I have a few alterations for a dress that I need done by this weekend. I was worried that it would be too late to have the dress altered by then, but the lady was very helpful and said it was no problem at all! Very pleased so far and look forward to this being our go-to dry cleaner in Hendersonville!
I just called to get a price quote. Very rude and unprofessional. Even though they were cheaper than some of the other price quotes, I will not be taking my wedding dress there. Very poor customer service.
The alteration service is top notch recommend it highly.
