Have been using these guys for over 8 years for installation and service and always been first rate. Always been accommodating for appointment Times for preventative maintenance calls because I work 6 days a week. Overall great experience through the years.. Give them a try!!
Great service from start to finish! Contacted Charlie via TVA's escore search on a Saturday for a new a/c unit in middle of July. Justin and Taylor installed our our unit within a couple of days. Troy then came out the next day to polish up a few things. When making a large purchase, all I ask is that I feel like I am being taken care of, and the folks at Kimbro did exactly that.
We have been using Kimbro since moving to Hendersonville 10 years ago. Staff and technicians are wonderful. They replaced our heating and air conditioning system, and have maintained these systems ever since. Big shout out to Nick for fixing our plumbing leak last week too! He found it when he was doing our bi-annual inspection, and yes, they even crawl under your house to make sure all your duct work is intact. Can't say enough good things about this very reliable company and employees.
We were so impressed with the responsiveness and knowledge from Nick, our technician. We had 2 other companies come out and check our unit, which left us still with a broken/faulty unit (our unit is only 2 years old). Nick spent a great deal of time figuring out what was wrong, and walked us through the fix. We will definitely be using Kimbro in the future, and THANK YOU to Nick who was great!
