Paid to have out old solar hot water heater replaced.. They left the old one sitting in the garage for weeks despite A.) that we paid 100$ extra to have them haul it since it was massive and B.) After finally calling enough over and over they came and took only the tank part. We still have a huge box part with plumbing we can't trash that they decided wasn't part of what we paid them for?? Absolutely ridiculous.. Call someone else for your needs unless you want weeks of issues.
I have used this company in the past for my home to install new dishwasher and they did a great job. I used them today for my rental home. Leak under sink and to install a new shower head. Ashley arrived with a smile. Very friendly and professional service. I highly recommend them.
I am giving 3 starts not for the work they performed but for the attitude with their secretary which I believe is the wife of Wayne Owens. This company came to our rescue in Sept for a leak at our meter on our side of course. The son came out and he was great, and quick! Yesterday we awoke to no water in our house, in the 6years we have been in our home we have never had frozen pipes. Not knowing a thing about plumbing I thought maybe it was because the pipe that was replaced was metal and what he put in was PVC, so I called and left a message asking if that could be it. I found out about 20mins later that there was a large water leak up the street from my house effecting my water, so I quickly called back and left another message to explain. A day later I received a call from the secretary accusing me of saying they used substandard parts which is not what I said at all I was merely asking a question regarding if that could be why my pipes froze since that is the only thing that was different. Her snarky tone and the fact that she called me just to tell me about how they don't use substandard materials was just really uncalled for. If anything was needed at all it should have been is everything ok with your water now and hey just FYI the difference in material wouldn't make your pipes freeze anymore than the other. But instead I got rude and snarky. They have lost my business completely, again love the work the guys perform but really she needs better customer service.
Ashley Owens at Wayne Owens Plumbing was friendly and quick to respond when we called for the first time after discovering a leak in our wall. We were still shy from a shady experience with another local plumber, but a neighbor recommended Ashley, so we hoped for the best. He was transparent about what he would need to do to fix the problem, did the job thoroughly, and we were surprised, when we heard the cost, how reasonable it was. In an emergency situation, it's easy for service experts to overcharge and take advantage of new customers who don't have time to shop around. He was trustworthy, honest, thorough, and friendly. Wayne Owens Plumbing just earned our business for a long time!
These guys are THE BEST!!! I have used them a few times and they are on time, professional, and really do a great job. I will definitely use them again in the future when needed. I would HIGHLY recommend Wayne & Ashley. GREAT WORK GUYS!!!
