Went there because my cat who was 11 years old and very much a part off our family was ill. I was going to put her down and the doctor offered to look at her free of charge to me to see what she could do first. Nothing worked and then they billed me for it!! They called me and asking for me to pay and I explained everything to her. She got very rude and hung up on me!! Worst customer service ever!!!!!!!
We have two pets which are treated by this clinic. The Vets here don't just treat, they are genuinely concerned in caring for your pet. Are their services expensive at times, yes it seems, but if your pet requires follow up service, the price doesn't seem so expensive. I'm glad they are available for our pets.
I'm not the type of person to leave reviews, but I had a bad experience with veterinarian Dr. Marsha Cardova. I scheduled an appointment for my pet to be looked over for a possible flea or mite infestation due to the bites my children had been receiving in my home. Secondary to this she had a small rash on her tummy and chest. I told Marisha and the veterinary assistant that the rash had already just about cleared up on its own and my primary concern was the bites that my children had been receiving. Dr Cardova completely ignored my concerns and focused on the rash only. Her bedside manner was very rude to say the least. When the check up was over she left the room and sent her assistant back in with 3 prescriptions for the rash which was complete overkill. I told them I would purchase the steroid and antibiotic, but the medicated shampoo I would pass on. Once I got to the front desk counter to pay I was told that with the antibiotic being new to their facility they did not have a price on it, but to take it home and they would bill me later. I told the assistant that without knowing the price, I would like to pass on the antibiotic until they could give me a price and then I would return for it. On the way out the door Dr Marisha Cardova follows me into the waiting room in front of the other customers, clears her throat and in a condescending tone states that I need the antibiotic too in order for the medicine to be effective...completely embarrassing me in front of the other patrons. Forgive me if I'm wrong, but do your customers usually take home prescriptions from your office without knowing a price? Bad experience, rude Dr Marisha Cardova...Will not be back!
I met with Dr Gentry over my two four legged kids, she is so kind and very knowledgeable. I feel like she loves them the way I do. She cares about them and your feelings as well! I have met other staff and everyone is so nice and easy to talk too. My kids love them as well.
Luv, luv, luv these folks! I am a breeder of Australian Shepherds, Shackle Island Aussies, and have now visited 3x. I have used many vets and of all this is the place! Absolutely EVERYONE that i came in contact with has been top notch, caring, make you and the pet comfortable, go the extra mile.
