Extremely poor service, associate had no clue how to resolve several customer issues that arose during my wait as well i was double charged upon the return of the rental. And corporate was no help as well....
Great rental car place
After an auto accident, I went to the Hendersonville location for Avis where I have done business before. I have always been treated as a "member of the family" when I get there and Charles has always been ready with a smile and superior service. As a result of the accident my back was injured and Charles made sure that he gave me a vehicle that was comfortable for me to drive. The rental was clean with a full tank of gas and ready for me when i arrived.
They have the best customer service and cars ever! The new manager their will surely take care of you!
Mr. Charles Lyon is very rude. When my car was rented to me after my accident, the car was given to me on 3/4 tank of gas. When I returned the car is was returned on 3/4 tank of gas. Needless to say, I was charged $7.00 a gallon to fill up the car. The total charges were $33.84 for 1/4 tank of gas. I DO NOT recommend this location for car renting. If you do decide to go through Avis, PLEASE use a different location.
I will use this facility again and continue to recommend it to my friends and clients who require a rental car.
