Took my child in for a well check up. My insurance pays well checks at 100% - so was confident it would be covered. Turns out they asked a few questions about if my child was hyperactive etc. I responded, "no".....and someone it is common practice for them to bill that as an extra evaluation. Meaning - my free well check up for my child wasn't free. After talking to billing and the office - they rudely told me that they often ask screening questions and those are most assuredly always billed as extra assessments that are NOT covered as a regular well check. Beware that taking your children in for free well checks will not be free here. Boo VIP Midsouth Hendersonville!!! Be prepared to pay EXTRA for every question they may ask.
