Clean, new and modern with everything you need including a fridge and microwave. Bridget at the desk was very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was great with lots of options. Looking forward to our second stay this week on our way back home.
Finally a hotel that truly thinks of the families with disabilities. The handicap rooms were very accessible and the bathroom perfectly set up. The rooms are also close to the front desk, breakfast area and other amenities. It was so nice not to have to walk to the end of the hallway to our room. Most hotels make it very hard for handicapped visitors. The only drawback is when I come to town with my pets I will be forced to stay somewhere else. Thank you Fairfield Inn and Suites for caring and thinking of the needs of the disabled.
Brand new hotel, everything was great, shower and AC was lovely after a day out in that heat! Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was very good.
The rooms were beautiful and so was the staff. Savanna at the front desk was very helpful and recommended a bar to go drink at. Then in the morning when we left at 5 the night shift already had fresh coffee made and some small pastries out which was a treat as we thought we were gonna miss breakfast. Great job to everyone involved, one of the best stays I've had.
There are many, many shops nearby and a cinema, so this is a good hotel in a very handy location.
The hotel still smells and feels new and fresh. It was extremely clean and the staff was very helpful. We got in about 1 am with two small children and the staff even carried our cart up to the room so we could tend to children. Lots of eating and shopping right next to hotel. I’m definitely putting this on my travel stop list.
Only negative, and it's one the hotel can't control, is that this hotel is right at the edge of ongoing development and the construction of a restaurant across the road began at about 6am this morning (Monday, there wasn't any construction on the weekend). Don't blame them mind, it was going to be 90 degrees by lunchtime.
