I like it very much there it was a not so good place to stay when it opened but now it's under new management and they have made so many changes to make it a great place to stay it's alot cleaner it's just more up to date and the new staff there are very nice and helpful with anything you need or ask for so I would stay there anytime and would recommend anyone to do the same if you need a place to stay for more long term but I really don't have any thing bad to say about InTown Suites but it would be nice if they had some kind of breakfast you could get
Rooms were adequate. The environment was fine. I came to visit someone so I don't have an opinion about the rooms.
Dirty lot. No cleaning service. Not a 24 hr hotel. Closed Sunday. FBI raided a room. Small. 1 TINY BED only. No amenities. No ice machine. Did not supply dishware to be an extended stay this place sucked. Good thing.. it's cheap but should be cheaper considering the hell we delt with on a daily. Front desk guy was super nice! They have roaches. The bed was broke. The tub backed up with water. Lots of rift raft. Drugs. I think owner is clueless or doesn't care. Claim security guy monitors place. Nope. He doesn't care either. Will never stay here again!
Its quiet, pretty clean, and conviniently located. Any question/ problem Ive had was answered/or fixed right away to my satisfaction. The employee's are courteous as well as most other visitors I've met. The prices are pretty high but comparable to other room rates, and much less than smaller nightly rooms. We like it and would recommend it to others.
AWESOME staff, very nice room, accessible to interstate, close distance to mall and food. Chose because extended rates are cheaper.
