Acceptable, but would not stay again. Everything about this property is meh. Not terrible, but not good. Room was dingy.....not dirty, but not clean. Staff was not rude, but not friendly. Breakfast was very disappointing, not good. Just not good.
The hotel is nice and clean. Cool classic car in the lobby and super comfortable beds. That being said I felt reception is kind of cold. Also, service across the chain is very inconsistent. I stay predominantly in holiday inns for work and have an spire elite. At this location they instead of granting welcome points they let you choose a free snack and drink in leu of giving points At other holiday inns they offer free bottled water whenever you come and go and do not skimp on granting welcome points. I really enjoy the rooms and usually the service at all IHG hotels. I just wish they were more consistent.
The attendant said that we had access to free coffee, tea, and hot cocoa. Plus they had all kinds of free fruit which I thought was awesome.
Although they don't have vending machines they do have a mini store where you can buy snacks and drinks.
Had a great experience! We booked online and had a very positive check in experience.
If you are hungry for breakfast they have you covered from 6am to 10 am.
If you are planning on visiting Hendersonville, Tennessee, then I definitely recommend the Holiday Inn Express.
Breakfast - good. I had nothing negative to comment on. I am hopeful that the bed sheets are clean when you check in. By default, the bed sheets are not changed until you place a note provided. I had no issues with that.
The staff was friendly and accommodating for our late arrival time. Breakfast was hot and I constantly saw the staff changing it out to keep it fresh. The rooms were spacious and clean. Very fun lobby with a fireplace featured and a car. It can get pretty busy on streets around the hotel, but that's not something the hotel can change. Just plan ahead for it. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.
