They have great pizzas. My 3 star review is based on repeated problems with bubbles in the crust that makes part of the pizza hard and inedible. I called and left a message for the district manager and she never bothered to return my call. I had purchased more than three pizzas with the same problem prior to contacting her.
Love their food. Can't tell you more about how good their pizza is! Highly recommend.
The cashier, Josh, was so nice! We had a complicated order and he handled it like a champ! Also, we had to change something halfway through the order and he just rolled with it like a pro. Also their boats are delicious!
Aaron was awesome. Every step from placing my order to delivering. He answerd the phone politely and helped me in deciding what to get while also offering wings and cinnamon sticks. They sounded really good. He was the one to deliver. My pizza arrived within 30 minutes. I could not of asked for better service. Thank you Aaron and the crew at my local jets.
The Deep Dish with butter crust is so delicious! The boneless chicken wings are yummy too. This locations customer service is awesome. They made a mistake with our order and sent out a corrected one right away. Doesn't get better that that. 5 stars, dinner is served.
