Ordered a large hand tossed supreme and might swell have been thin crust. Also no olives. I called and spoke to manager who told me that supreme doesn't cone with olives...ok no prob. I asked what about the crust and he said nothing! I told him that I will order from Romas or Papa Johns from now on. They are terrible!!!
Just received my order after ordering three minutes short of an hour and its missing the crust seasoning I chose. My pizza is barely warmer than room tempature.

It took over 2 hours for my pizza to arrive. I had to call many times. I asked for extra Parmesan Cheese and I got Red Peppers only. Come on.... at least make sure you have the cheese if you are going to show up 2 hours later. The pizza was cold and soggy. The good side is we didn't have to pay but still bad customer service. Who wants to wait that long.

Spoke with a manager and she was able to credit me. She informed me they no longer carried the crust seasoning that I selected.
I have had them mess up my order 3 times. I finally threw a fit and was supposed to have my name down to replace that order when I decided to order again. That was this summer. I tried to fulfill that order tonight and they had no record of it! I'm done with this place! Way too many pizza places in this area to waste my time and money on this place!
