Sheila Dunnells was our agent and she was great! She took us all over the place and never pressured my husband and I to purchase anything that we didn't love. She walked us through the process and the area with great patience. I would definitely recommend Halo to anyone looking to buy in the area.
Nothing is ever their responsibility. When emailing for responses you get a return address that is undeliverable. If you can choose a neighborhood that doesn't use HALO you are way better off.
We received a random violation notice from one of the Neighborhood Inspectors for a neighbors car parked in front of our house on a public street. When office was contacted, they blew it off and refused to send retraction notice. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
