It was truly a great experience given a daunting task. My wife and I had very specific wants and it took us nearly a year to find it and Kim was with us every step of the way. The 2 things that stood out to us the most were the fact that Kim would make arrangements to show us a house well outside of her local territory without questions, and second, that even though we saw some homes at the top of our budget if she didn't think they were right for us she did not hesitate to tell us why. I feel like had it not been for her we may have purchased a home that we later would find was not the best fit. She could have made more commission but instead valued our satisfaction more and ultimately found us the perfect place.
