Hands Down, Best Realtor in Middle, TN.When my husband and I started looking for our first home, I refused to hire a realtor to help us. After being burned before and having really poor opinion of realtors in general, we decided to do the search alone. I noticed a house for sell in my sister-in-law's neighborhood and called the selling realtor to schedule a viewing. Already expecting a pushy, arrogant "salesman" to meet us, I came in with my guard up. Imagine my surprise to find someone exactly the opposite. BJ was kind, relaxed and not pushy by any sense of the word. In fact, it was like meeting up with an old family friend. That particular house was not a good fit for us, and BJ suggested setting up some more viewing the following weekend. We agreed. Long story short ... after viewing about 5 or 6 homes, we purchased the first one he showed us ... and put an offer on it that. BJ was there with us all the way to closing, and continues to stay in touch. He even introduced me to my hairdresser in my area when I was looking, giving a whole new meaning to full service. Hands down, the best realtor you'll ever work with. My husband and I wouldn't dream of doing business with anyone else. Ever.
