So I order, and the three people behind me who also ordered fish tacos are served first. I waited 30 min for my tacos. The lady never apologized and blamed it on a phone order for 19 tacos. Well I waited and watched her make our food and serve everyone else first. She never took a phone order nor boxed tacos to go. Don't lie. A sincere "I'm sorry" goes a long way. Despite my husbands love for burritos, I'll never return. This is my third experience with crappy service here. Nobody cares and I'm tried of wasting my money. The la tinga chicken is awful and don't waste your money getting a side of chips. You'll be lucky if they put 5 in your basket.
We had to wait over 20 minutes for my wife to get her fish tacos, and by that time my burrito was starting to get cold. When I went up to see what the issue was, I was told the restaurant had a large phone order of 19 fish tacos, that came in just before my wife ordered her tacos and they were simply being made as quick as possible. But, I didn't see any large to-go order anywhere waiting for pickup, and then I watched two people (who also ordered fish tacos and were behind my wife in line) get their fish tacos brought out to them while we sat and waited, so that was clearly a lie.
Past experiences have been better (which is the reason I'm giving 2/5 stars), but this time we had a truly unacceptable wait time and service getting my wife's fish tacos.
Always a good thing to eat at Blue Coast.
This is the Subway of Mexican food. They build it right in front of you. I love this concept because you can see the amount of each topping going into your dish. My usual is grilled chicken nachos.
Regular after church lunch stop. Always awesome food, service , and atmosphere. Fresh ingredients along with smiling people. We love this place
Just say I'm sorry and fix the problem, don't lie make up excuses.
The place never really seems clean, but the food is awesome. I like to get an actual plate for my burrito, but wish I didn't have to ask for it.
Try the fruit tea, if you like it you can buy it by the gallon.
