This place is either hit or miss. Flip a coin, and that's your odds you'll get a good meal. Sometimes you'll get a great meal. Other times, usually at nights, the food comes out so slow it'll make you think the entire cook team is sitting outside for multiple smoke breaks. We had to wait 50 minutes for a couple burgers when it wasn't even busy for food that came out cold, burnt, and saturated in old-tasting grease. On another occasion at night, the rice was as hard as pellets. If you go, try to go in the afternoon when it's usually better.
If your group is looking for a menu with a wide variety of food dishes I definitely recommend checking out this location.
The food was great. However, we did notice a flaw inside the Chili's store, that I have seen happen pretty frequently. Tablets get messed up from table to table..they don't have a system down to keep track and to make sure the tablet corresponds to each table. Otherwise, the patrons could pay for another person's ticket. We experienced that this afternoon. The tablet that was suppose to be on our table. was on someone else's table...and we ended up paying for their food. Fortunately, since the waiter did not close out the ticket, the charge did not post to our back account and he was able to void it out...but that is just a hassle. There needs to be a position created where someone makes sure all tablets are at their correct tables before patrons sit down, so this problem is nipped in the bud and doesn't happen anymore.
We had very little wait time and was seated within minutes of arriving.
Had a great experience. Server was very polite and received great customer service.
The new menu items are really good. The restaurant always looks good, and is always clean. Service is very good. If you haven't tried Chili's for a while, give it another try.
They have a wide variety of appetizers, burgers, sandwiches, BBQ, salads, drinks and a great kids menu.
It was great when they first opened a few years ago. Now it seems like no one cares. We took a break from eating there and went for the first time in months. It was oddly dead at 7:00 on a Saturday night. Now I know why. The service was terrible. Both our orders were wrong. We order the triple appetizer and it came out on a metal tray all jumbled together. Nothing like honey chipotle sauce on your fried pickles! My Bloody Mary literally tasted like cheap vodka and pepper. It was the worst bloody Mary I've ever had (and I've had A LOT). Still paid for it though! Chicken tasted burnt, like it was cooked in very old oil. Waitress kept disappearing. It was just a bad experience all around. Won't be back.
Food was outstanding. I ordered the chicken tacos and they were served with Mexican rice.
The tacos had guacamole and a really tasty pick de Gallo and hit the spot because I was in the mood for some Mexican food.
