Great to have local hot chicken. Good food. Spice is just about right. People have commented on the size of tenders, but mine were large and the entire meal was good lunch portion.
Just left this place. Waited over an hour for my food (after being told it'd be 25 min) and all of my tenders are TINY. I don't expect free food but when you make a big mistake then at least try to make up for it. I wouldn't have left a review had my tenders not been so small.
I love hot chicken but will not be going back here. Do yourself a favor and drive to Slow Burn; they have the best hot chicken in town and I've never had a bad experience there.
Hendersonville location has terrible customer service to go with rude management. I was blown away by her attitude. Madison the phone hold time was 11 minutes or until she could click the phone enough times to hang it up & I called back no answer. Nobody deserves this treatment when they're spending their money with an establishment. So if your calling to order you may want to just go to Princes hot chicken.
Food is great once you eventually get it. Double whatever wait time they tell you. Waited 30 minutes for a single order of tenders to go. When I asked about the inaccurate time estimate, I was told, "It's no big deal." Seems they don't care when they get the food out. But it is good once you do get it.
Showed up today. FRIDAY 12/29 at 12:50 to try this restaurant for the first time. Drove out of my way to get there and doors are locked. Google and the sign on the door say it is open today 11am-10pm. Not a good way to stay in business.
