Like was to the door when we got there but moved quickly! Food was awesome! Great job guys! Keep up the good work!
The best place ever. The food is amazing, the staff is amazing, no place ever I'd rather go than to go here. The managers are wonderful ans the staff is great. Everyone is always so nice and welcoming.
The location can be a bit of a pain, as there is only one main entrance and exit. If you come during lunch or dinner rush, make sure you anticipate the wait to get out of the shopping center.
It's a great addition to Hendersonville for those who want a quick burrito. The staff behind the counter are nice, some of the younger members could work on their customer service skills, but hey, they are learning. The food is consistent and tasty. My kiddos love their chips and queso.
Staff was inattentive, music was too loud and who thought hip hop was a good music choice for a Southwest grill?
The steak tasted bad...almost like it was spoiled. The tables did not appear to have been cleaned in a while.
This was my first time. I liked it. Kind of set up like Subway so on your first time, you might want to go at 11 or 1 to have time to get used to the menu
Guess we should have been clued in when there was only one couple eating there...and this was at 11:30 on the Saturday before Christmas. All of the other area restaurants were busy but not here!
