best place for lumber. friendly and helpful staff. way better quality lumber than consumer type stores!
Like the other reviews here - I had a terrible experience that primarily revolved around a lack of communication from this business. It took 7 weeks (with multiple calls and emails every week) just to get an estimate. Then it took another 3+ weeks for delivery with no communication (even thought I left multiple messages and sent emails). I was promised a discount in the form of a refund that took me an additional 8+ weeks to receive. When I did receive the discount, it wasn't the promised amount. I will never go back to this location and will advise anyone I can to go elsewhere.
Employees don't return phone calls or answer emails. Been trying to order doors for 3 weeks
I hate leaving negative reviews but this place deserves one. I called to order some wood. I came in & was told my card was just holding as a deposit & it wouldn't be charged until I picked up. I was also told I would get credit on a window I was bringing back. I called on the day the order was supposed to be there & they didn't find my name at first. I had to answer a lot of questions so they could see that I came in. They told me the wood was never ordered & my card had been charged for the full amount. Then I was told my window could not be returned for any credit. I asked for a refund & was going to give my card over the phone, not to be charged again, but for a refund. I was told they could not refund me over the phone that I would have to come back by to do the return. This place doesn't know their head from a hole in the ground. This is exactly why I pay a little more & go to Lowes. Unreal.
BEWARE Paid cash for four windows on Friday 27th and was told it would be ok to pick up Saturday, when we arrived Sat morning we were told they had already been sold that they would return my money, I told them I wanted the windows not the money. Adarian an employee who was not working that day but on the property had sold the windows to one of his friends along with an interior door, oh well, So when you purchase products make sure you pick it up then.
