Went yesterday at the recommendation of my orthopedist, following my meniscus tear and IT Band Syndrome being identified. Tiger was absolutely fantastic, taking a lot of time to get me the right fit in a new running shoe and the right insoles for my long, semi-flat arches. I wear a women's 11, and this is the first time I have really had options to pick from. Most stores only carry a pair or two and never fit quite right. He also made sure my kids were taken care of so I could focus, grabbing them some popsicles to occupy them. I was thrilled to walk out feeling I had been taken care of well and at ease knowing that if anything doesn't work quite right I am covered to bring things back within 60 days. When I went in I wasn't even sure I was going to buy anything or what I was needing. The service Tiger provided was so thorough I felt confident making a purchase.
The staff here are amazing. They are extremely knowledgeable and helped my daughter narrow in on the perfect shoe for her. They also sponsor and promote local events to promote running and fitness in the area. Went back recently and they now have a board you stand on that will analyze your feet to help them identify the best shoe for you.
Knowledge of staff is excellent. I learned a lot about my feet. Tiger took the time to help me find the correct shoes and inserts. I never felt rushed. With his help I feel confident I have finally found correct fitting shoes.

Tiger helped me pick out a new running shoe. My foot and the shoe model had changed causing discomfort. He put me in a better size and fit model and added insoles. Next race was a confortable run to a bq ;)!
