I was there the night you’re referring to. I don’t work there but I was playing. To be fair, you guys were unnecessarily talking harsh trash to another person. Like, not funny and no one was laughing. The guy you were trashing was a fairly new person to the store and he hasn’t been back to play since and he was a good dude. So congratulations on ruining someone’s experience. This is a great place where people are nice to each other but you guys took it too far.
My kids love this place. The people are nice and the tournament is cheap to enter.
Great prices on stuff. Workers help others. During the sun and moon prerelase it was very fun and they made the fights as Fair as possible splitting ages correctly and everything. Also very nice to the confused about it. Love it there 10/10
Great place to buy Pokémon at reasonable prices. Great place to play in the Pokémon league.

It was a good place to go at first. Then one of the workers called my friend a prick. We wrote to the owner. Nothing happened. The employee then proceeded to tell Mary people we were telling them they were awful at magic and just needed to quit. I've since then boycotted this store because of bad employee relations and bad ownership. Comix City Too and the Game Cave in Hermitage are so much better.
