I came in to this place not super dressed up looking at Alex And Ani bracelets for over 10 minutes with no help and was going to buy at least 3-4 bracelets. A man walked in with a suit and tie and he was instantly greeted and helped. Just because I looked like I didn't have $ I wasn't helped. I will never do business with this place. So unless you have on high priced clothing don't expect a lot of help.
The staff is always friendly and they have the cutest stuff!
