They are friendly and very helpful! I have been here several times and feel like I always get excellent care. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone!!
I loved Dr. Sparks, however, had the unpleasant encounter with the nurse practitioner there named Candace. She was so unprofessional from the time she walked in the door, and acted like she had more important things to do than to evaluate me. She literally spent maybe three minutes with me in the room and acted like she was going to a fire! With 1 foot literally poking out of my door, I was still in the midst of trying to get questions asked. She acted like I was annoying her. I let them know I was not happy with her services. Upon review, I see that most all of their negative feedback is with this one nurse practitioner named Candace. I will be following up with management to see what in the world is going on, and why they keep somebody staffed that is so inadequate and unprofessional.
Long wait times ,45 minutes to get checked in multiple people coming in after getting seen before. Then informed after 45 minutes i would have to pay $150 to be seen. Just to go across the road a 10 minute wait and $10 copay
On 7/22/17 I visited this clinic and received exceptional care and customer service. I was in town for a training and woke up with a sudden onset of symptoms. Not knowing where to go I googled walk-in clinics near my hotel. Dr. Sparks and his staff were wonderful. The receptionist took time to listen to each patient who came in and did her best to make them feel as comfortable as possible. The day after, on a Sunday, I received a phone call from the clinic to see how I was feeling. My own PCP doesn't even do that! I am blown away with their consideration for my well-being!
Checked in at 6:23pm something. Waited till 8:01pm met the doctor. Almost two hours of waiting. Even when everything was explained to the Nurse of what the problem is, the first question Doc asks is - What is the problem ? and the attitude was horrible. He seemed to be totally having a opposite meaning of the word "care". His prescription also seems to be completely all over the place. This doctor definitely needs to revisit his definition of what are the basic qualities of treating patients and care.
