Love them. They've taken care of both my children now for 10 years
They over billed us for a sick child visit. And refused to make it right. Their number one priority is finding out how many billing codes they can charge you for. Nothing but greed greed greed.
My son had an outer ear infection- the doctor missed it and sent us home saying "maybe it's just allergies" - two hours later my sons school called saying my son had been crying for over an hour. When I called VIP kids back- they said "well your insurance won't cover you coming back today so maybe you should just go to the ER"
Taking your child for a well check up can cost a substantial amount even when your insurance company offers FREE well check ups (and the office is in network). The office will code for 15 different "assessments" - behavior, depression, etc that most insurance companies will NOT pay for. The assessments can be as simple as asking a simple question and a one word answer - and BOOM - another $50 charge is coded and billed. After talking to billing - they assure me those questions are pertinent and billable. I guess nothing is free - including well-checks. If you can afford this place - great. But don't be surprised when you get stuck with lots of EXTRA costs. I'd recommend finding a different doctor.

I absolutely love this pediatrician's office!! Dr Wiggleton is awesome, they all are!! They have been excellent in every way from front desk back. They truly care about children, know what they're doing, will make time for you child to be seen, when needed and have excellent hours!! We'll never go anywhere else & I'd highly recommend to anyone!
We love Dr. Shell and all of the nurses here. They are super gentle with our little one. We've been taking him here for a year. Love this place!
I burst into tears- they missed the diagnosis and sent us home and were more concerned with how the visit was going to billed than actually helping my son!
