This is the worst AT&T store I've ever been to. I needed a screen protector for my phone. With a baby crying in the car I promised my wife I would just to run in and buy one quickly, no looking around. The staff was really rude and said, "We're just helping too many people, it’s going to be a long time". I said I only wanted a screen protector. A long time to take 1 minute to scan a screen protector, swipe a card and print out a receipt??? BS. I asked, "Will it be longer than 5 minutes" and the manager just shrugged at me.
These guys are idiots, I don't know what special needs institution they're using for their employee pool but just save yourself the wasted time of dealing with these morons and go to the store in Rivergate. BTW, I ended up just getting my screen protector on Amazon, it was faster for the Prime shipping than waiting for these Einsteins to figure out how to sell me one.
Aaron was a great representative! Extremely helpful and knowledgeable! I even gave him the keys to my new Corvette Stingray. lol

This isn't the only bad experience we've had here. These geniuses screwed up the purchase of my wife's new phone a few months back. It had to be shipped because they didn't have the color she wanted and when it arrived it was the wrong color. We could have just bought it that day because it was a color they had. They also did some convoluted process because they couldn't figure out how to use their own purchasing website. They had to create a new account just to ship the phone and then when my wife arrived with the new phone they cancelled that account and added the phone it to mine. They screwed that up and there ended up being charges on the temporary account even though it never had a phone on it. It took me a lot of time to resolve the issue on the phone with AT&T.
I went to the store at Hendersonville Tim told me I need to come to the store before my next payment comes out which be in the morning Tim was off the guy was hateful when he greeted me ask why I was there I told him and he got more hateful and rude acted like he didn't care about what I just told him that was very bad customer service if he didn't want to be there why is he there
It was great service! They convinced me to buy 2 Iphone 8 plus's and the gave me a buy one get one deal!
