T-mobile is definitely #1 in customer service. Switched from Sprint they have treated me wonderful. Coverage is great. So b1g1 be afraid to switch.... release yourself from the Verizon bully
Wonderful experience; Sean is a great manager, he promptly provided me with my options and carried out my requests. He even gave me some life tips while we waited for customer service to process our request! The DM was very kind, but was a little pushy for my taste. This is understandable for someone in that position, though.
