Unprofessional behavior by the staff on more than one visit to this store- bantering and cussing between the employees, inappropriate discussions. Very unprofessional over the phone - they act too busy to take your call. I’m not sure sprint would authorize this store if they were aware of how their staff behave around customers. Also had an issue where they did not file paperwork for returned equipment and I received a $ 1200 bill from sprint .
Worst service ever by TJ. Told us he pulled credit and we were unable to transfer a phone to its own account. So 3 of us needing upgrades walked out. Drove 5 minutes to the next sprint store..Highest credit (sprints way AA) All 3 got new phones. This isn't the first time this store has been too lazy to do its job. Called to tell TJ and he laughed.
The wait is unacceptable. Also, the network itself is cheap and low quality. I leased the Samsung s6 which is low quality. Definatley going back to Verizon after my contract.
Over changed for my phones. Called the store manager told him if the issue. Which were just activation fees. Shouldn't have been a big deal to refund 60 dollars. I was told to call 800 number, which was no better. And I need to add I just signed up Sprint service on 10/23/2017. I don't like being lied to, my first question I asked was this a true retail store of Sprint lied to me. it's a 3rd party private store. Will not never return to this store.
I recently upgraded my iPhone at this location, and the service exceeded my expectations. I would recommend Kristen when coming to this store. She displayed excellent customer service and professionalism throughout the transaction. She was informative on what options I had when it came to billing, and the features of the new iPhone I was upgrading to. It was an overall wonderful experience.
